KIDS CLASSES

Welcome to our kids programs!  Capoeira is a unique martial art that develops physical creativity and self-expression while lowering stress and increasing confidence.  With practice and dedication, Capoeira improves physical abilities such as strength, flexibility, coordination, agility, balance, and stamina.  We currently offer an after school program at Moulton Elementary and are working to expand our programming to another elementary and to develop a teen mentorship program.  Please go to our donate page to help us expand.  We hope that you feel welcome to join us in our Capoeira journey!
