Welcome to our adult program!  Capoeira is a unique martial art that develops physical creativity and self-expression while lowering stress and increasing confidence.  With practice and dedication, Capoeira improves physical abilities such as strength, flexibility, coordination, agility, balance, and stamina.  We hope that you feel welcome to join us in our Capoeira journey!

What to Wear

Loose-fitting clothing.  A t-shirt and athletic pants.  Yoga attire works also.
